Privacy notice
Who is responsible
CLAUSEMATCH LTD, company number 08175056, is responsible for enquiries collected through this website. Registered office: 60 Cannon Street, London, England, EC4N 6NP. For a privacy request, use the contact form and put “Privacy request” in your message.
Information and purpose
We collect the name, email address, optional organisation, enquiry category and message you submit, together with a reference and submission time. We use them to review, route and respond to your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential records.
Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR to manage business enquiries, maintain appropriate records and protect the service against misuse. Where you personally request steps before entering a contract, Article 6(1)(b) may apply. The form acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice; it is not a marketing subscription.
Hosting and access
Enquiries are saved on a server in London hosted by Vultr. Cloudflare provides DNS, security and content delivery and processes network information to deliver and protect requests. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and technical administrators. The form does not automatically send email or transmit enquiries to an advertising platform.
Network information and retention
The application uses a pseudonymous, domain-specific client key for short-lived rate limiting. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry database. Application enquiries are normally deleted after 365 days. Website access logs exclude query strings and raw IP addresses and rotate after 14 days; provider security processing may follow separate retention periods. Necessary records of an ongoing engagement may be retained separately.
International processing
The enquiry store is in London. Hosting and CDN providers operate internationally and may process technical information outside the UK. Their applicable data-processing terms govern this processing, including transfer safeguards where required. Ask us for details relevant to your request.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the contact form to reach the responsible team; we may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We do not use website enquiries for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
